Big Pig BBQ is renting the All Star and Pit Boss smokers.  This of course is limited to the SF Bay Area.

I am hoping to bring true BBQ and smoking to those have only watched it on the Food Network and ate some Ribs boiled in a pot and grilled with a lot of suace thought that was BBQ.

This would provide an option for those want to test out an ABS system bwfore buying as well.  I admit they do cost more than the average BBQ, but they are not the average BBQ.  They are the best.
